Since 1980 I have been developing leaders and facilitating collaborative leadership in a variety of corporate settings, with individual clients such as cardiac surgeons to multinational organizations such as American Express, Citicorp, Hewlett Packard, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, and Sun Microsystems. I have also had an international career as a trainer in the field of personal and professional development. I am a co-developer of the NLP Negotiation Model, which is a major developer of NLP applications in presentations and whole system organizational change. I have authored the audiotape series, NLP Applications in Business and Outrageous Consulting.

Lara is currently working on a book that models best practices in strategic alliances. She is based in the USA.
